<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">The Project Proponent has applied for obtaining consent to establish (NOC) under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for establishment of new unit for the process of production of Crumb Rubber @ 20 MTD from used Tyres and Rubber Scrap @ 20 MTD as raw material through online under Green Category. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">The Project Proponent has deposited Rs.</span> <span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">4200/- vide UTR No. 811469103 dated 30/12/2022 as NOC fee against gross value of fixed assets of Rs. 97.30/- Lakhs against the value of project mentioned in project report submitted by the industry and same is adequate for one year period. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">The Project Proponent has submitted project report and has submitted manufacturing process of the proposed unit as under:-</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">The Project Proponent has submitted copy of transfer letter of industrial plot-71 issued from PSIEC, Chandigarh vide letter no. 10102 dated 20/06/2022 to the firm M/s Alive Casters India for 99 years lead hold basis. The Project Proponent has also submitted a building plan issued from approved Architect under Factory Act.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">The proposed site was visited by the undersigned on 10/01/2023 and observed as under:-</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">Keeping in view of above, if approved, the consent to establish (NOC) under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the Project Proponent for the process of production of Crumb Rubber @ 20 MTD from used Tyres and Rubber Scrap @ 20 MTD as raw material under Green Category for one year period with suitable conditions.</span></p> |
