<p><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; background-color: #ffffff;">The application has been scrutinized and it was observed that directions u/s 33-A of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 were issued to the PSPCL authorities vide Board letter no. 5894-97 dated 21.09.2022 that:- “That the authorities concerned shall disconnect the supply of electric available to the premises of subject cited industry.” The industry has not submitted the TDCO to this office and has not submitted the compliance of the SOPs prescribed for these type of industries as well as consent conditions, therefore, the application is liable to be returned.</span></p> |
