Shrinarain Meena (representative) was contacted at site and it was observed as under:</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">As observed during visit, the site is suitable for operation of railway site as only loading unloading activities of goods and it is recommended that consent to operate for operation of railway site as only loading unloading activities of goods may be granted to the railway site for a period upto 31.03.2023, subject to the special conditions as under:</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">1. The railway good shed shall not engage in handling of heavy loading and unloading activities including handing of cement, coal and minerals etc. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">2. The railway good shed shall carry out following activities within 03 months:- </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">a. Provide water sprinkling system through mechanized system or tanker to control dust pollution. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">b. Provide green belt cover to control dust emission. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">3. The railway good shed shall provide dust screen walls of adequate height, as per the requirement, along periphery of it’s premises. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">4. The Board shall not be liable for any loss/liability if any occurs with regard non conformity of land use classification. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">5. The railway good shed shall be bound to comply with provisions of draft/ notified Master Plan/LPA as the case may be. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">6. The railway good shed shall submit year wise details of gross block of fixed assets within a period of 01 month, so as to adjudge adequacy of consent fee and the railway siding shall be bound to submit additional consent fee, if any applicable.</span></p>
