<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>It is submitted that earlier, the unit was granted consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. RO/ASR/APC/2013/F-01 dated 07/01/2013, valid up to 14/01/2013, which was further extended vide No. 4938 dated 20/06/2013 up to 31/12/2022. The unit was also granted consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 vide no. RO/ASR/WPC/2012/F-42 dated 07/01/2013, valid up to 14/01/2013, which was further extended vide No. 4936 dated 20/06/2013 up to 31/12/2022 for manufacturing of all type Bakery Items & domestic effluent @ 0.5 KLD into public sewer).</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Now, the unit has applied for renewal of consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 & Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 along with Compliance of the previous granted consents under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981, C.A. Certificate, Ownership Certificate and request letter.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span><a name="_Hlk86673810"></a>The unit has deposited Rs. 9,500/- vide Receipt No. 905674803 dtd 04/01/2023 under Water Act, 1974 (including Rs. 500/- as an application form fee) and Rs. 9,000/- vide Receipt No. 231496647 dtd 04/01/2023 under Air Act, 1981, which is adequate up to 31/12/2031.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>It is pertinent to mention here that Board issued order vide no. CEE(HQ)F.No. 957/2016/59 dated 2/2/2016 regarding to grant of auto renewal consent to establish/consent to operate to the Orange & Green category industries.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>It is further intimated that the unit is complying with the conditions of consents granted earlier under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981. The unit falls in Green category in the small scale sector and competency to decide the case lies with Environmental Engineer of the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal;"><strong><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span></span></strong><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">In view of above, it is recommended that the consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the HCF up to 31/12/2031 subject to usual conditions and along with special conditions as under:-</span></p>
