Earlier the industry was granted consent to operate Air<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>(Prevention<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>&<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>Control<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>of<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>Pollution)<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>Act,<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>1981<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>Vide no. CTOA/Renewal/JAL/2020/11155108 18.04.2020 valid upto 31.03.2021.</p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-indent: 35.95pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 6.85pt 26.8pt .0001pt 19.0pt;">Now the industry has applied for renewal of consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The industry<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>has deposited Rs. 1,14,800/- vide R.No. 64/5483<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>dated 04.01.2023 and Rs. 57600/- Vide R no. 44/5435 dated 04.04.202, Rs. 28800/- vide R.No. 47/5435 dated 05.04.2022 and Rs. 28800/- vide UTR No. 45/5435 dated 04.04.2022 under Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Rs. 21,600/- vide R.No. 65/5483 dated 04.01.2023 as NOC fee which is adequate upto 31.03.2024.</p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin-right: 26.7pt; text-indent: 35.95pt; line-height: 150%;">The industry was visited by the officers of this office on 27.05.2022 and observed that the industry was in operation during the visit. The industry has installed 2 no. oil fired forging furnace with adequate stack height which was not in operation during visit. The industry has also installed 2 nos. gas carburizing furnaces 03 no. tempering furnaces and 4 no. electric induction heaters. The industry has installed 1 no. D.G set of capacity 120 KVA and 1 no. D.G set of capacity 325 KVA. Each D.G set is provided with canopy and attached to stack of adequate height. The industry has already submitted DTP certificate no. 947 dated 09.05.2013 stating that the site located in the general industrial zone.</p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin-right: 26.7pt; text-indent: 35.95pt; line-height: 150%;">Keeping<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>in<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>view<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>of<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>above,<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>it<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>is<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>recommended<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>that<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>consent<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>to<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>operate<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>under<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may<span style="letter-spacing: -.05pt;"> </span>be<span style="letter-spacing: -.05pt;"> </span>granted to the industry upto 31.03.2024 with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board.<span style="letter-spacing: -.05pt;"> </span>(Competency CEE).</p> |
