<p>The application has been srutinized and it was and it was observed that the unit has given a reply to waive off the special condition no. 9 imposed in the varied consent issued to the unit as per EC requirement. However, the reply does not seem to be in order and the industry has failed to comply with the following condition and submit compliance within 03 months.</p>
<p>"The industry has already been established without leaving 5-10 m green belt all around the periphery of the unit as per the condition of the EC, therefore, the industry shall either have got the EC conditions amended as already decided or may get the existing plantation area plan approved from the SEIAA within a period of 03 months or the industry may seek exemption for this condition from the Competent Authority".</p>
<p>Submitted please for advising further line of action in the matter as the industry has failed to submit compliance of the EC as well as CTO varied condition.</p> |
