Further the applicant has requested that due to strike in the revenue Dept., they will extend the lease deed within 15 days. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Segoe UI';">In view of above, <span style="background: white;">may if approved, varied consent to operate under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and fresh consent to operate under the under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted upto 30.09.2029 for manufacturing of bricks & tiles @ 30,000 numbers/day alongwith special condition that it will extend the lease deed within 15 days and submit copy to this office.</span></span></p>
