<p style="text-align: justify;">It is intimated that the industry was surprisingly visited receintly by officer of the Board on 14.11.2022 regarding identification of the chemicals used by the industry in its process of acid pickling. The effluent sample was collected from the acid pickling process of the industry and as per the results of analysis report, the industry has been using both HCL and H2SO4 in the acid pickling tank. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Accordingly, action for closure has been recommended and is under consideration of Competent Authority vide e-noting file no. 20545980. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The RO has processed present application for grant. The application be returned to the RO with directions to resend the application in light of the previous report, please. </p>
