On scrutinizing the application, it has been observed that:-
1. The industry is required to submit area classification of its site as per Master Plan 2010-31 for Amritsar, from the department of Town and Country Planning.
2. The industry has submitted CA Certificate as on 10/04/2021 and has not submitted the lastest CA Certificate along with its application.
3. The industry is required to submit proof of its date of commissioning so as to adjudge the adequacy of consent fee deposited and penalty as applicable.
Clarify within 02 days please.
