<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: .5in; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; background: white;">Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, under Green Category through OCMMS along with required documents for manufacturing of Plastic Household/Caps/Pharma/Industrial Products 200 Kgs/ Day by using Virgin Plastic Granules @ 200 Kgs/day as Raw Material. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: .5in; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; background: white;">The industry has deposited Rs. 64000/- vide UTR No. BKIDN22355467429 dated 21.12.2022 under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 6400 vide UTR/Ref. No. BKIDN22355461801 dated 21/12/2022 under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Rs. 2900 vide UTR No. BKIDN22355461553 dated 21.12.2022 as NOC regularization fee, to make it adequate up to 31/12/2032. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: .5in; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; background: white;">The industry has submitted latest CA certificate and compliance of the previous granted consents and Request Letter to grant consent to operate. Further submitted that increase in cost of plant and machinery is due to the repair maintenance carried out during the previous year and the increase in land asset is due to the expenses incurred to the PSIEC. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: red; background: white;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; background: white;">It is pertinent to mention here that Board has issued order vide no. CEE(HQ)F.No. 957/2016/59 dated 2/2/2016 regarding to grant of auto renewal of consent to establish/consent to operate to the Orange & Green category industries.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; background: white;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The industry falls in Green category in Small Scale sector and competency to decide the case lies with Environmental Engineer of the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: red; background: white;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; background: white;">In view of the above, may if approved, the consent to operate under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 be granted to the industry under Green Category up to 31/12/2032 with usual terms and conditions.</span></p> |
