| Clarification Note: |
On scrutnizing the application of the industry, it is observed as under:
1) The industry has not linked Consent fee with the application. The earlier submitted fee was adequate till 30.11.2022 and after deduction of late fee the same will now become adequate till 31.08.2022.
2) The value of fixed assets has increased from Rs 1.44 crores to Rs 1.52 crores. It is requested to intimate the expansion made with the increase in fixed assets along with bills and give undertaking whether with the proposed increased in assets whether there is increase in production or pollution load.
