It is submitted that the application of the industry was scrutinized and it was observed that CA certificate submitted by the industry, showing that the land & building has been transferred to parental firm M/s Shubham Power Pack Products. Whereas, the industry had earlier applied renewal of CTO under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 with PPCB ID no. R20MOG757022 on 08.01.2021, where it has submitted CA certificate showing value of land & building of Rs. 5.10 lac. Please clarify within 2 days so the application may be processed further. |
