<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 130%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">It is submitted that the industry was granted Consent to Operate under the Water Act, 1974 vide no. CTOW/Fresh/PTA/2021/16888185 dated 06/10/2021 and under the Air Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Fresh/PTA/2021/16887839 dated 06/10/2021, both were valid upto 30/09/2022 for operation of Warehouse in an area measuring 55374.7 Sqm, having built up area of 26606.4 Sq.m/day under orange category with certain conditions mentioned therein.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 130%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">Now, the industry has applied for renewal of Consent to Operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 for operation of Warehouse @ 26606 Sq.m/day under orange category with requisite documents. The industry had already deposited Rs. 144000.00/- vide UTR No. AXSK212350015737 dated 23.08.2021 under the Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 144000.00/- vide UTR No. AXSK212350013738 dated 23.08.2021 under the Air Act, 1981. Now, the industry has deposited Rs. 24000/- vide<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>UTR no. N355222011167769 dated 21.12.2022 and Rs. 24000/- vide UTR no. N355222011167772 dated 21.12.2022 under each acts. The industry has also deposited Rs. 6000/- vide<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>UTR no. N355222011167769 dated 21.12.2022 and Rs. 6000/- vide <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>UTR no. N355222011167772 dated 21.12.2022 as a penalty fee. The consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 30.09.2027 against the gross fixed assets of Rs. 19.56 crore as per CA certificate dated 09.12.2022 submitted by the industry.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The industry has submitted analysis report from Evapo Tech Technical Service and Consultants, conducted on 15.12.2022 at outlet of STP. As per analysis report, the various parameters were within the permissible limits as prescribed by the Board. <span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The industry has submitted compliance report of consent conditions earlier granted to it under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">It is pertinent to mention here that the Board vide Office Order No. 59 dated 02.02.2016 decided to grant auto renewal of Consent to Operate/ Establish to Orange & Green Category of Industries within 7 days of its application submission without the need of visiting the site/ premises of the industry, in order to facilitate the industry. The industry has submitted an undertaking to the effect that there is no change/addition in existing plant & machinery of unit as on date and shall be complying with the conditions granted to it in the consents.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">The promoter was complying with the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">In view of the above mentioned facts, it is recommended that renewal consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30.09.2027 for operation of Warehouse @ 26606 Sq.m/day as raw material under orange category with the usual conditions. </span></p> |
