<p style="text-align: justify;">Kindly peruse the note and recommendation given by the RO. It is intimated the industry has applied for CTO under the Air Act, of 1981. EE, RO has reported that The cold storage of the unit was in operation, but the processing plant installed by the industry was not in operation and the condition of the same indicated that the same has not been operated since a long time as low market demand, the boiler installed by the industry has also not been operated, as the processing plant has not been operated </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">May if approved CTO under Air act,1981 for production of Individual @3T/Hour, Frozen Product cold storage capacity @3700 MT/Year, Controlled Atmosphere Cold storage @1300 MT/Year, Sorting Grading Packing Facility for Frozen Products, @2T/Hour, Sorting Grading Packing Facility for Fresh Produce @5T/Hour be renewed upto 30.09.2027, subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions as proposed by EE, RO. EE, RO may also be requested to keep a vigil on the operation of the processing plant installed by the industry, if found in operation then monitor the boiler stack and verify the compliance with environmental law and send the report.</p>
