<p class="normal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 54.95pt; background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 5.4pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif; color: black; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">Accordingly, this office has not carried out any monitoring of ETP. In compliance to the above condition, the industry has submitted a request letter w.r.t. the special condition which is reproduced as under:-</span></p>

We are operating this ETP in Zero discharge manner. There has already been a significant investment in installing the treatment plant. We request you to allow us to operate the ETP at our site and grant as Consent to Operate.''</span></p>
