<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';"> </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">Now the industry has applied for obtaining varied consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for the production of Washed Crushed Bajri @ 10000 CFT/Day, Washed Sand @ 6000 CFT/Day, Big Boulders @ 1000 CFT/Day & Silt @ 1000 CFT/Day by using River Bed Material @ 18000 CFT/day for the operation of stone crusher through OCMMS in a totally paperless manner by uploading necessary documents as PDF under the name & style of M/s Satkar Stone Crusher. (Previously Name M/s Satkar Stone Crusher).</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';"> The industry has deposited Rs. 17,900/- vide UTR No. 232622698919 dated 22/11/2022 & Rs. 17,400/- vide UTR No. 232683893155 dated 22/11/2022 as consent to operate fee under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 including Rs. 500/- as Form Downloading fee against total gross value of fixed assets worth Rs. 30,69,962/- as on 31/10/2022 and same are adequate upto 30/09/2027 under both Acts.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';"> </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">The industry was visited by Assistant Environmental Engineer on 02/01/2023 and compliance of code of practice as observed during visit:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 21.45pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.25pt; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">1.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">The stone crusher was not in operation.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 21.45pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.25pt; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">The industry has installed the proposed machinery for which the industry was granted consent to establish for expansion. The total machinery of the stone crusher has been installed and is ready to operate. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 21.45pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.25pt; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">The stone crusher has covered the dust emitting points like Jaws/rotopactor.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 21.45pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.25pt; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">4.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">The stone crusher has provided conventional chutes to the end of the conveyor belts.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 21.45pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.25pt; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">5.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">The stone crusher has provided recirculation system consisting of 03 no. settling tanks and recirculation pump for recirculation the washing effluent into the process. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 21.45pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.25pt; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">6.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">The stone crusher has provided water sprinklers along the movement area and ramp.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 21.45pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.25pt; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">7. </span> <span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 15.3333px; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">The stone crusher has provided green belt along the boundary, however, same needs to be properly maintained for its proper growth. (Agenda Note is also attached herewith).</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">In view of above, it is recommended that the varied consent to operate under Water (Prevention& control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30/09/2027 with suitable along with special conditions :-</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 21.45pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.25pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">1.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">The stone crusher shall comply with the orders of NGT in O.A. No 57/2020 or any relevant orders of Competent Authority in related matter.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 21.45pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.25pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">2. </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 15.3333px; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';"> <span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 15.3333px;">The stone crusher shall maintain the plantation cover around the periphery so as to comply with the code of practice.</span></span></p> |
