<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The unit is a small scale orange category marriage place and was granted consent under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 both valid upto 30.09.2020 with Domestic Effluent @16 KLD- discharge onto land for plantation after septic tanks with special condition that the marriage palace shall install the ETP as per the treatment methodology finalized by the Board within a period of 06 months thereafter & shall provide proper pipe line for distribution treated effluent for plantation.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Now, the marriage palace has applied for renewal of consents and Regional Office has reported that the unit was visited on 12.12.2022 and no function was undergoing during visit.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The unit has capacity of 300 chairs indoor and 300 chairs outdoor.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The marriage has installed 02 no. DG Sets of capacity 45 KVA and 12 KVA with canopy. The LPG, wood is used as fuel in the kitchen. The marriage palace has provided suction hoods for the collection of smoke and air emissions in<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>the kitchen with proper ducting arrangements. The marriage palace is complying with the latest guidelines prescribed by the Board for marriage palaces.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>In view of the report of Regional Office, if approved, consent to operate under Air Act 1981 may be granted to the marriage palace upto 30.09.2027 with suitable conditions and with special conditions that:</p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The marriage palace shall provide proper rain water harvesting system for recharging of ground water as per the guidelines by the MoEF and shall submit details of the same to the Board at the time of obtaining consent to operate.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">5.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The resort shall upgrade its domestic effluent treatment arrangements by adopting treatment methodology being finalized by the Punjab Pollution Control Board for the resorts after the finalization of the technology by the Board.</p>
