<p class="MsoBodyText2" style="line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%;">It is intimated that earlier, Consent to Operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 was granted to the industry for the operation of Hot Mix Plant vide online reference no. CTOW/Fresh/GRP/2018/756637 & CTOA/Renewal/GRP/2018/7566283 dated 05/06/2018 for the production of Premix for Metalled Roads @ 200 MTD, which were valid utpo 30/09/2022 under Orange Category. </span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText2" style="line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%;"> Now the industry has applied for obtaining further extension in validity of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for the operation of Hot Mix Plant through OCMMS in a totally paperless manner by uploading necessary documents as PDF.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText2" style="line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%;"> The industry has deposited Rs. 16,500/- vide UTR No. 559937583 dated 09/01/2023 & Rs. 16,500/- vide UTR No. 612740829 dated 09/01/2023 as consent to operate fee under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 including Rs. 500/- as Form Downloading Fee against the value of gross fixed assets of less than Rs. 33,707,750/- as on 31/03/2022, including NOC Regularization fee which is adequate upto 30/09/2027. </span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText2" style="line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%;"> The industry falls in orange category in small scale sector and competency to decide the case lies with the Senior Environmental Engineer, Zonal Office, Amritsar.</span> <span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%;"> </span></p>
