<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Sir, the industry was earlier operating without consents of the Board. The industry was having 1 DG set of capacity 35 KVA with canopy but having inadequate stack height.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Thereafter, directions u/s 33-A of the Water Act, 1974 were issued for disconnection of electric connection as the industry was not having any treatment facility for effluent generated from phosphating process. The case for grant of consent under the Water Act, 1974 for 06 months and restoration of electric connection has been processed separately.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">RO has now reported that the industry has installed powder coating booths with inbuilt cyclones and adequate stack height. The industry has provided to diesel fired ovens having adequate stack height. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The industry has installed 01 no. D.G set of capacity 50 KVA equipped with canopy and adequate stack height.</p>
