<p>Discussed, <span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify;">the electricity connection of the industry may be restored and the industry may be issued by the ‘consent to operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for a short-term of 6 months till 30.06.2023 subject to special conditions as under:</span></p>
<p style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">1) The industry will get the treated effluent after ETP analyzed from NABL approved and submit report to Board within one month.</p>
<p style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">2) The industry will make arrangement for the in-situ management of wet biodegradable waste generated from the industry.</p>
