The project proponent has deposited Rs. 42,000/- vide UTR no. INDBN30127951187 dated 30.12.2022 under Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 42,500/- vide UTR no. INDBN30127951198 dated 30.12.2022 under Air Act, 1981. After deduction NOC regularization fees, the consent fee under Water Act, 1974 is adequate till ------ and the consent fee under Air Act, 1981 is adequate till</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">The project proponent has submitted lease agreement between Maninderjit Singh Sidhu and Burman Hospitality Private Limited. The project proponent has submitted memorandum of association of Burman Hospitality Private Limited.</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">As per the application form, as per which the quantity of water used for domestic purposes for 60.0 persons @ 70.0 Litres/person/day will be approximately 4.2 KL/day. The domestic waste water generated will be 3.3 KL/day. Shatrughan, RGM (9878760744). The representative informed that they are procuring keg of beer from the beer making companies which is served in the restaurant and empty keg will be taken back by the company and replaced with keg filled with beer.</p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 47.25pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -29.25pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo3;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->Electricity and LPG is used as fuel in the kitchen. However, the restaurant has provided a bye pass arrangement in the collection tank as a result of which untreated water is being disposed off into sewer directly. Further, the ETP was not in operation during visit. No water meter has been provided at the outlet of ETP and no energy meter has been provided with the ETP. No record of operation of ETP was maintained.
