The application of the industry for varied consents to operate under Air Act, 1981 & fresh Consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 was scrutinized and observed as under:
1. The industry has not submitted copy of revised building plans approved by the competent authority.
2. The industry has not submitted compliance of notices issued to it vide no. 5999 dated 20/12/2022 and 6001 dated 20/12/2022.
3. The industry has not submitted latest stack emissions analysis results from Board’s/Board’s approved lab.
4. The industry has also not submitted copy of record of energy meters installed with APCDs.
5. The industry has also not submitted copy of red passbook maintained by it upto date.
As such, the industry is requested to attend the above observations within 2 days. Until then the application of the industry will be treated as incomplete.
