<p><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">RO has replied </span><span style="font-size: 12pt; background-color: #ffffff; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify;">that the proceedings of the hearing before the Chairman of the Board on 28.10.2022 in reference to Show cause notice for revocation of consent to operate granted under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Notice to issue directions u/s 31-A of the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 as amended in 1987 was issued to the subject cited industry vide Zonal Office letter no. 3712-13 dated 22/11/2022.</span></p>

<p style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;"><span lang="EN-US">1. The consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry up to 30/06/2027 with suitable terms & conditions along with special condition that the industry will get analyzed its effluent/emission samples from Board’s Lab within 02 months.</span></p>
