It is submitted that the application of the project proponent was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has not submitted proper revenue record.
2. In the application form, mentioning value of project cost and value of plant & machinery head is not match with values mentioned in project report submitted by it.
3. The project proponent has not submitted demarcated site area, showing area for disposal of treated effluent and ETP to be installed.
4. The project proponent has not submitted site plan / location plan of the site.
As such, it is requested to reply above said observation within 3 days so that application may be processed further. |
