<p class="MsoNormal">As desired by the competent authority the reply is as following:-</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">1. No de-sealing of machines was made for getting sample of bio-degradeble material.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">2. De-sealing of all 03 no. machines is required for manufacturing of plastic containers.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Keeping in view of above, may if approved, it is again recommended that</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">a) The Consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 be granted to the industry up to 30/09/2027 with suitable conditions along with special conditions that:-</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="padding-left: 40px;">1) The industry will comply with the SOPs framed for the Plastic industries by the CPCB.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="padding-left: 40px;">2) The industry will not manufacture any item falling under the single use plastic ban.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="padding-left: 40px;">3) The industry shall not manufacture and sell commercially any compostable or biodegradable plastic item without first getting registration from CPCB.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">b) Separate e-noting may be moved to de-seal 03 no. machines, which were sealed earlier by this office, as the industry proposes to manufacture plastic food containers after converting these machines.</p> |
