<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;">In view of the note dated 10.01.2023, if approved the consents to operate granted to the institute under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 be further extended upto 30.09.2026, subject to the previous consent conditions alongwith the following specific conditions:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; background: white; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt 22.5pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Verdana; mso-bidi-font-family: Verdana;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;">The institute shall manage, treat and dispose of the solid waste generated from the project premises in accordance with the various provisions of the Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; background: white; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt 22.5pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Verdana; mso-bidi-font-family: Verdana;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;">The institute shall ensure that no solid waste is thrown, burnt or buried in open outside premises or in drain / water bodies.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; background: white; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt 22.5pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Verdana; mso-bidi-font-family: Verdana;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;">The institute shall promote use of alternatives of single use plastics (SUP) and awareness to discourage use of plastic, through their Corporate Environment Responsibility (CER) activities.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; background: white; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt 22.5pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Verdana; mso-bidi-font-family: Verdana;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;">The institute shall ensure that there are no usages of single use plastic- thermocol disposable items such as water bottles / water pouches/water cups, plates, forks, spoons, straw etc. and single use decorating material made of plastic-thermocal or any other non-biodegradable material in the premises.</span></p>
