<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 150%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>In compliance to hearing decisions, the service station was visited by officer of this office on 11.01.2023 and during visit effluent samples of the service station were collected from final outlet of ETP and sent to Zonal Lab, Jalandhar for analysis, results of which are awaited. Moreover, till date, the service station has not submitted extended bank guarantee of amounting Rs. 1.0 lac. During the visit, the representative of the service station requested to grant some time for submission of bank guarantee.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 150%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>May if approved, consent application may be returned to the industry with request to re-submit the same after complying with the decisions of hearing.</span></p> |
