We have purchased additional adjoining land in an area of 4 Kanal 2 Marle (2 Kanal 12 Marle + 1 Kanal 10 Marle) adjoining the boundary of existing rice sheller unit and but in the name of existing firm i.e. M/s Jindal Rice Mills, Hadbast No-237, Vill. Rasulra, Malerkotla Road, Tehsil Khanna, Distt. Ludhiana. However, we have not done any construction activity/machinery installation in the newly purchased land. We have also added value of newly purchased land in the CA certificate and has deposited NOC regularization fee. |
