<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: normal; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has submitted feasibility report prepared by M/s TerraSyn Initiatives, Patiala (Punjab) in which it was mentioned thatM/s Shiv Rice Mill, Village Dugal Kalan, Lehra Gaga Road, Tehsil PatranDistt. Patiala (Punjab), are planning to setup a new paddy milling based industrial unit at site. The unit will have steamed/dry paddy milling facility with installed paddy milling capacity of about 3 MT/hour (producing ~2 MT/hour rice) with installation of Boiler (fluidized bed)of 4 TPH capacity.</span></p>

The industry will generate domestic effluent @ 2.4 KLD, which will be passed onto land for plantation after passing through Septic Tank.</span></p>

Notification no. 10/48/2004-STE (4) /932 dated 15/10/2013. <strong>Therefore, the site is suitable for the establishment of Steamed/Dry Rice.</strong></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that the extension in the validity of consent to establish (NOC) may be granted to the subject cited industry for setting up of steamed dry rice for processing of Paddy (For Steamed/Dry Rice) @ 3.0 TPH to produce Steamed/Dry Rice @ 2.0 TPHwith 2 nos. of Driers of 24 MT each and boiler of 4 TPH capacity, for discharge of domestic effluent @ 2.4 KLD onto land for plantation after passing through septic tank under orange category with suitable conditions and following additional conditions:</span></p>
