CTOW/Renew/SAS/2022/17636478 dated 21-02-2022 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Renew/SAS/2022/17635427 dated 21-02-2022 both which had expired on 31-12-2022 for manufacturing of Eggs @ 55000 Numbers/Day by using Poultry Feed @ 7.5 T/day & Poultry Birds @ 70000 Numbers/Day as raw material, subject to suitable conditions mentioned therein.<span style="color: red;"> </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 9.0pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in .2pt 6.0pt 0in;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Now, the industry has applied for renewal of ‘consent to operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Eggs @ 55000 Numbers/Day by using Poultry Feed @ 7.5 T/day & Poultry Birds @ 70000 Numbers/Day as raw material, with requisite documents and fees, under GREEN Category.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in .2pt 6.0pt 0in;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">As per the record file of this office, the consent fee previously deposited by the industry was adequate upto 30.09.2024. Now, the industry has deposited Rs. 1400/- vide R no. 375736771 dated 26.12.2022 under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 1400/- vide R no. 943417365 dated 26.12.2022 under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, the consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 30.09.2025, against the fixed assets of Rs. 17.30 lakhs as on 22.12.2022. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in .2pt 6.0pt 0in;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">It is worth to mention here that as per the office order dated 02/02/2016, it has been directed to process the cases of Orange and green category of industries solely on the undertaking submitted by the industry and since the project proponent has submitted the compliance report of the conditions imposed in the consent to operate granted under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, the same may be considered as good as the undertaking to the effect that it is complying with the provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Hence, the industry was not visited by undersigned since it has apply for renewal of Consent to Operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974.</span></p>

In case, any complaint is received against the unit, the Board shall be at liberty to revoke/ cancel this consent without giving any opportunity of hearing to the industry.</span></p>

The Board would be at liberty to take penal action against the industry/project proponent and its responsible/ concerned person(s) in case information/document is detected as incorrect/false/misleading at any point of time, without any opportunity of Personal Hearing. </span></p>
