The industry has not submitted latest CA certificate regarding gross block value of fixed assets pertaining to industry (un-depreciated value of fixed assets) and submitted certificate regarding book value which is not valid. The industry was requested to submitted above said documents/clarified within 02 days as the application for consent to operate may be considered accordingly. But the industry is failed to submit any document/reply of the clarification raised. Hence, the application for consent to operate may be considered as incomplete and required to returned the industry with request to resubmit the same with complete in all aspects. The application can be returned at your goodself portal as the application has already returned by reason mentioned theirin.</span></p>
