<p class="MsoNormal">It is submitted that:</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">No machinery relating casting i.e. induction furnace, annealing furnace and shot blasting machine exists at site.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">As per categorization, cold storage units are covered under green category.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Following is the manufacturing process of nut & bolts :</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">M.S Wire -> wire drawing -> Pressing -> Dry barrel with saw dust -> Thread -> Product ( Nail & Bolts) -> dispatch</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Hence, this standalone process is covered under white category i.e. general wire industries like wire drawing without wet process. As such, the industry is applied for obtaining consents to operate under green category consisting stringent process.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Submitted for approval as already recommended for grant of consent to operate under green category upto 31.12.2028, subject to the condition that the industry shall not operate any process covered under red & orange category without obtaining prior permission of the Board.</p>
