<h6 style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif'; font-weight: normal;"> </span><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif'; font-weight: normal;">It is intimated that earlier consent to operate granted under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide online reference no. CTOA/Renewal/GRP/2017/5861138 dated 21/07/2017, which was valid upto 30/09/2022 under orange category.</span></span></h6>
<h6 style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif'; font-weight: normal;"> Now the industry has applied for obtaining renewal of consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The project proponent has submitted various documents, which are enclosed along with the application, which may kindly be pursued. </span></h6>
<h6 style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif'; font-weight: normal;"> The industry has deposited Rs. 19,725/- vide UTR No. N364222268286921 dated 30/12/2022 consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 fee, which is adequate upto 30/09/2027 including NOC Regularization fee and Rs. 500/- Form Downloading fee against the fixed assets of Rs. 48,60,000/- as on 01/12/2022. </span></h6>
<h6 style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif'; font-weight: normal;"> The PSCST, Chandigarh has certified vide letter no. PSCST/CC/593 dated 26/02/2003 that the industry has installed cupola furnace and air pollution control device having melting capacity less than 3T/hr as per the technology evolved by PSTST, Chandigarh. </span></h6>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"> <span lang="EN-CA" style="line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';"> As per policy of the Board and in the light of Head Office Order No. 59 dated 02/02/2016, the consent cases of Orange Category units are to be processed without visiting them (Agenda Note is also attached herewith).</span></span></p>
