Application of the industry has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:-
1) The industry has installed dryer section. However, the industry has not submitted certificate from the nearest Municipal Council / Nagar Panchayat regarding that the site of the industry is located outside M.C limit.
2) The industry has not deposited NOC regularization fee amounting to Rs. 1800/- for increase in the total gross fixed assets of the industry from Rs. 108.09 Lakhs to Rs. 132.08 Lakhs.
Kindly clarify the above, within 02 days.
