The representative of industry submitted a list of additional machinery and as per which the machinery has been added tools & dies, mobile phone. Computer, invertor, submersible pump, weights & measurement, fans etc. The industry has not installed any polluting machinery at site. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The industry has submitted adequate NOC regularization fee for this increase & has also submitted adequate consent to operate fee under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 adequate upto 30.09.2027.</span></p>
