<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">It is submitted that the industry has uploaded design and drawing of APCD proposed for the use of multi fuel/Rice husk in its boiler/thermopac along with the request letter attached in the documents submitted by the industry, the latest analysis reports are attached herewith.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">May if approved, it is again recommended that the consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry up to 31/03/2027 with suitable terms & conditions along with special condition that the industry will get analyzed its effluent/emission samples from Board’s Lab within 02 months.</p> |
