<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has applied for obtaining 'Consent to Established' under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 for setting up a unit for manufacturing of OINTMENTS & LOTION @400 kgs/day, HAIR SERUM, SHAMPOO, BODYWASH, FACEWASH, HANDWASH @400 kgs/day, TOOTHPASTES @400 Kgs/day and Soap @600 Kgs/day.</span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; margin: .3pt 0in .0001pt 0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> The industry has deposited Rs. 2900/- vide no. 439485153 dated 02.01.2023 as NOC regularization fee which is adequate for one year.</span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; margin: .3pt 0in .0001pt 0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> The industry has filled online application form and submitted Site plan location plan, approved building plan issued by additional Director of Factory vide no. 6259 dated 03.07.2018, partnership deed, MSME certificate, project report of industry, rent deed, CLU issued by DTP vide no. 98 dated 16.01.2018. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> The proposed site of the industry was visited by AEE of this office on 11.01.2023 & observed that:-</span></p>

The treated effluent will be disposed onto land for plantation being developed at the back side of the industrial premises.</span></p>

Only one D.G set of capacity 120 kVA has been proposed which will be equipped with canopy and stack of adequate height.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormalCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; mso-pagination: widow-orphan; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric ideograph-other;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> In view of the above, 'Consent to Establish (NOC)' under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for manufacturing of OINTMENTS & LOTION @400 kgs/day, HAIR SERUM, SHAMPOO, BODYWASH, FACEWASH, HANDWASH @400 kgs/day, TOOTHPASTES @400 Kgs/day and Soap @600 Kgs/day for one year with the suitable terms and conditions.</span></p>
