The application of the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has not submitted approved building plan from competent person under Factory Act, 1948.
2. The project proponent needs to deposit additional consent fees amounting to Rs. 1,26,000/- under Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 1,11,100/- under Air Act, 1981 to make it adequate till 31.12.2023.
3. The project proponent has not submitted partnership deed/ proprietor ship deed.
4. The project proponent has not submitted proper copy of Memorandum of Association.
You are therefore requested to submit reply of the above said observation within 2 days.
