<p>In compliance to hearing decisions held at zo level, EE Ro SGR has visited the industry and reported that the industry as well as ETP is in operation. The industry has plugged the by pass pipe line.The industry claims that entire treated effluent will be reused back in the process. Ro has recommended for grant of renewal of Water consent. If approved renewal of Water consent may be granted to the industry up to 30/9/2026 with suitable conditions please. Also R0 be asked to send recommendation separately through e noting as the industry has failed to apply for Authorization under HWM rules, 2016,please. </p> |
