<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;">Sir kindly peruse the note dated 09.01.2023 of AEE(RO), BTI, wherein, he has reported the compliance of the decisions of the personal hearing given to the industry before the Hon’ble Chairman of the Board on 24.11.2022 in response to the complaint received regarding the industry. The note indicates that regular complaint is receiving regarding blowing of fly ash in the nearby village but same could be ascertained only after conducting air emission sampling of the industry. Thus, the RO is yet to carry out the air emission sampling of the industry to ascertain teh contents of the complaint.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;">If approved, action as proposed by AEE(PBIP) vide his note dated 12.01.2023 w.r.t grant of CTE expansion be taken with addition that in the endorsement of CTE expansion to RO, EE,RO be directed to carry out the air emission sampling of the industry within 15 days and also, apprise the compliance of decisions of personal hearing dated 24.11.2022 to the Competent Authority of the PPCB by moving note through e-office.</p> |
