<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Kindly peruse the agenda note and recommendations given by EE,RO.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>It is construction project and has obtained E.C for 900 flats, previous CTO under the Water Act, 1974 for 638 flats, now applied varied CTO under the Water Act, 1974 for 732 flats. P.P has submitted a extended bank gurantee of Rs5 .0 upto 29/12/2023 for assurance of the environment laws, RO has also monitored the STP and as per analysis results, all the parameters found within prescribed limits of the Board.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">If approved, the consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be grnated upto 31/3/2024 with special conditions as proposed by E.E, RO and additional condition may also be imposed that PP shall comply with the decisions of hearing held on 4/8/2022 issued vide Board leter no. 4519-20 dated 22/7/2022 in true letter and spirit. E.E RO shall request to visit the site of the project as per protocoal framed by the Board for decide the bank gurantee of Rs. 5.0 Lacs to verify the compliance made by the P.P regarding decisions of hearing dated 4/8/2022, verify mode of disposal and verify compliance with other Environment Laws accordingly.</p>
