<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;">Kindly peruse the agenda note and recommendations given by EE,RO. It is intimated that the industry is engaged in the business to produce bears, previous CTO applied by the industry was refused as the industry was not comply with the hearing decisions, environment laws and not deposited adequate fee under both the Acts. R.O reported that the industry has complied with the hearing decisions dated 11/4/2022 and 26/10/2022 as mentioned in the note dated 9/1/2023 at 16:18. R.O has not monitored the ETP Outlet, as per analysis results, all the parameters found within prescribed limits of the Board. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Further, it is intimated that RO has mentioned in Agenda Note at Sr. no. 10 (i), the industry is complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">If approved, the CTO under the Water Act, 1974 may be granted upto 30/9/2023 with special conditions as proposed by E.E, RO and additional condition may also be imposed that E.E RO shall request to visit the site of the project as per protocol framed by the Board for decide the bank guarantee, verify mode of disposal, monitor the pollution control devices installed by the industry and verify compliance with Environment Laws and if any violations found send report/ recommendations immediately.</p>
