<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">It is submitted that the subject cited industry has applied for obtaining fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for the production of RMC Plant @ 10800 CFT/day by using Cement @ 64500 Kgs/day, Sand @ 3700 CFT/day, Aggregate (Bajri) @ 7550 @ CFT/day <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>& Water @ 8000 Ltr/Day <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>under green category. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">Earlier consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle under the provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 was granted vide online reference no. CTE/Fresh/PKT/2022/20271176 dated 11/11/2022, which was valid upto 10/11/2023 under Green Category.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The industry has deposited Rs. 8700/- vide UTR No. <br />2215321 dated 11/01/2023 & Rs. 9200/- vide UTR No. 550899546 dated 11/01/2023 as consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 respectively against gross value of fixed assets of the industry worth Rs. 59.01 Lacs as on 11/01/2023 and same are adequate upto 31/12/2026 under both Acts including Rs. 500/- as form downloading fee. The project proponent has submitted Approved Building Plan from the competent person under the Punjab Factories Act, 1948. </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">May if approved consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 31/12/2026 for the manufacturing of RMC Plant Concrete @ 10800 CFT/day subject to the following special conditions:- </span></p>
