CTE/Exp/BTI/2022/19712069 dated 29.08.2022, valid upto 28.08.2023, for the expansion of its existing unit after addition of land from Raw Rice / Sorted Rice with dryer 2 TPH to Raw Rice / Sorted Rice with dryer 5 TPH, with certain conditions mentioned therein.</span></p>

<li class="MsoNormal" style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo3;"><em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">The industry has provided stack of adequate height with paddy cleaner and shelling section as well as provided sampling facilities.</span></em></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo3;"><em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">The industry has provided wall of adequate length with height of 10 feet around husk storage area and 5 feet Jali have been provided over the said wall. </span></em></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo3;"><em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">The industry has provided paved road for the control of the vehicular dust pollution.</span></em></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo3;"><em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">The industry has provided the septic tank for treatment of domestic effluent of office building with provision of discharge of effluent onto land for plantation. </span></em></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo3;"><em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">The industry has provided adequate plantation along the boundary wall of the industry.</span></em></li>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin-left: 14.2pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo4;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: Wingdings; mso-fareast-font-family: Wingdings; mso-bidi-font-family: Wingdings; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">Ø<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that varied consents to operate under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for operation of rice sheller unit of capacity 5 TPH of Raw Rice/Sorted Rice with dryer for a period upto 30.09.2026, subject to the suitable conditions along with that the industry will submit its air emission sample report of its shelling section as well as dryer section in every paddy season.</span></p>
