<p style="text-align: justify;">Kindly peruse the note and recommendation given by RO. May if approved CTO under the Air Air Act, 1981 may be granted till 30.09.2023 with special conditions as mentioned in the previous Consent to Operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 granted to it. EE, RO may also be requested to visit the industry within one month to monitor the stacks installed by the industry and send fresh recommendations.</p>
