<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: .5in; text-align: justify;">Keeping in view of the above, it is recommended as under:-</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: .75in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]-->Directions u/s 33-A of Water Act, 1974 may be issued for temporary restoration of electric supply to the industry for six months.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: .75in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]-->Consent to operate under Air Act, 1981<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>may be granted to the industry for six months with suitable conditions as proposed by AEE, please.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: .75in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]-->Appropriate Environmental Compensation may be imposed upon the industry basis on best assessment and judgment or <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>a bank guarantee of suitable amount be obtained from the industry being a tiny unit (Total fixed assets = Rs 9.75 Lacs) <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>as an assurance to comply with pollution control norms as deemed fit by the competent authority.</p> |
