It is intimated that the industry has submitted yearwise CA certificate in reply of clarification raised earlier on consent to operate application, but the industry has failed to submit balance consent fee as per calculation of CA certificate submitted by the industry and the industry has not submitted any detail of consent to operate fee already deposited. It is requested to deposit consent fee Rs. 3540/- online under Water & Air Act separately within 02 days, then the application for consent to operate can be considered upto 30.08.2023. |
