<p style="text-align: justify;">Kindly peruse the agenda note and recommendation given by RO. It is intimated that this is a construction project. PP has applied CTO under Water Act, 1974 and</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">RO has reported that PP doesn't have an adequate disposal arrangement of treated wastewater within its premises, hence it has proposed to utilize the treated wastewater for construction purposes in its other project using mobile tankers.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"> It is intimated that above said mode of disposal is not environmentally sound.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In the absence of sustainable disposal arrangements, the PP resort to unhealthy practices like the disposal of effluent into borewells or stagnation or to unknown places.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"> May if approved SCN for refusal CTO under Water Act,1974 be issued to PP with an opportunity to submit the reply within 7 days. EE, RO may also be requested to give his comments on the reply to be submitted by the PP, give his comments on the analysis results and prepare the online agenda note and send the report along with the fresh recommendation.</p>
