CTOA/Renewal/SAS/2018/8680734 dated 25/10/2018, both which had expired on 30/09/2022, for operation of an Educational Institution, subject to suitable conditions mentioned therein.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0in 0.2pt 6pt 0in; text-align: justify; text-indent: 9pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 21px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';"> Now, the institute has applied for renewal of ‘consent to operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 with requisite documents and consent fee.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0in 0.2pt 6pt 0in; text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 21px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">As per the record file, the earlier fee is adequate upto 17.01.2023. Now, the institute has deposited to Rs. 80900/- vide R no. 809891624 dated 12.01.2023<span style="color: red;"> </span>under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 42,000/- vide R. no. 534882436 dated 30.09.2022 and Rs. 80900/- vide R. No. 420996293 dated 12.01.2023 under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The consent fee deposited by the institute is adequate for next five years, i.e. upto 30.09.2027, against the fixed assets of Rs. 1883.8 lakhs as on 23.12.2022, (considering penalty to Rs. 4800/-). <p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin-right: -6.9pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="line-height: 24px;"> </span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif'; font-size: 10.5pt; text-indent: 70.9pt;">It is worth to mention here that as per the office order dated 02/02/2016, it has been directed to process the cases of Orange and green category of industries solely on the undertaking submitted by the industry and since the project proponent has submitted the compliance report of the conditions imposed in the consent to operate granted under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, the same may be considered as good as the undertaking to the effect that it is complying with the provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.</span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif'; font-size: 10.5pt; text-indent: 70.9pt;"> </span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif'; font-size: 10.5pt; text-indent: 70.9pt;">Hence, the industry was not visited by undersigned since it has apply for renewal of Consent to Operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974.</span></p>
