<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">Sir, the case of the HCF has been scrutinized and found complete. The detail of case is as under: - </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">• The HCF was granted authorization vide no BMW/Fresh/BTI/2021/17163203 dated 05.11.2021 for 35 bed capacity which was valid upto 30.09.2023 with certain conditions mentioned therein.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">• The HCF was granted consents to operate under the provisions of Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 vide no. CTOW/Fresh/BTI/2021/16018161 & CTOA/Fresh/BTI/2021/16018157 dt. 31.08.2021 for beds capacity @ 35 beds, which is valid upto 30.09.2023, for the discharge of trade effluent @ 08 KLD and domestic effluent @ 04 KLD with suitable conditions.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">• Now, the HCF has applied for obtaining varied Consents to Operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 for the bed capacity of 50 no. beds and for the discharge of trade effluent @ 10 KLD and domestic effluent @ 05 KLD. The hospital has already deposited consent fees under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981, which is adequate up to 30.09.2023. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">• Earlier, the HCF was visited by AEE of this office on 30.08.2022 and one no. effluent sample was collected from the outlet of STP cum ETP and as per analysis report, the concentration of various parameters is within the permissible limits as prescribed by the Board (copy attached). It is pertinent mention here that the HCF has already installed ETP cum STP of capacity 20 KLD, which is sufficient for 50 beds.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">• To check the contents of the application, the HCF hospital was visited by the AEE of this office on 10.01.2023 and it was observed as under: </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">• From the above it is clear that the HCF is complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">• It is therefore, recommended that consent to operate under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the HCF for the bed capacity of 50 no. beds and for the discharge of trade effluent @ 10 KLD and domestic effluent @ 05 KLD, for the period upto 30.09.2023 with suitable conditions. </span></p> |
